Budownictwo energooszczędne to jedno z najważniejszych wyzwań gospodarczych początku XXI wieku. Wśród budynków energooszczędnych wyróżnić można niskoenergetyczne, pasywne oraz zeroenergetyczne. Im wyższa kategoria energooszczędności, tym większe wymagania w stosunku do materiałów, rozwiązań konstrukcyjnych czy instalacyjnych. W artykule przedstawiono alternatywne rozwiązania wybranych detali konstrukcyjnych oraz analizę tych rozwiązań z uwagi na ich właściwości ciepłochronne oraz koszty zastosowania.

Energy-saving construction is one of the most crucial economic challenges of the beginning of 21st century. Energy-saving buildings can be categorized in three groups: low energy buildings, passive buildings and zero-energy buildings. The higher the energy-saving category, the more demanding the requirements as regards materials, structure or system solutions. This article presents alternative solutions related to selected structure details, and the analysis of those solutions in terms of their heat-insulating properties and costs of implementation.
