Badanie wybranych właściwości powłoki typu Ni-Al 70/30 natryskiwanej plazmowo na podłoże stalowe.

W artykule dokonano oceny przydatności natryskanej plazmowo powłoki typu Ni-Al 70/30 na podłoże ze stali 45. Przeprowadzono badania mikrostruktury, składu chemicznego, odporności na zużycie ścierne w skojarzeniu z żeliwem oraz pomiary mikrotwardości i przyczepności w próbie ścinania.

The purpose of this work was to examine some properties of the Ni-Al 70/30 plasma sprayed coating on a 0,45%C structural steel base. On the base of analysis of microstructure as well phase and chemical composition, microhardness and wear resistance of coating it has been found that intermetallic protective layer have attracted attention in a view of their structure application, especially under condition of abrasive wear with caston iron.
