Modele zmian stanu technicznego urządzeń.

W pracy przedstawiono sposób określania stanu technicznego obiektów, wpływ oddziaływań wymuszających na ich stan techniczny oraz ogólne modele matematyczne opisujące zmiany stanu technicznego, które można zastosować na różnych etapach eksploatacji obiektów, zwłaszcza statków i ich urządzeń.

Planning of preventive maintenance of the object demands of actual control of its technical state. The changes of technical state of the object during its operation are caused by destruction and renovation influences. Two kinds of processes are specially important: the first - wear processes which exist during operation of objects and the second - ageing processes as the effect of time elapsing. The paper presents the methods of mathematical determination of technical state of object by means of two coefficients: the first - which takes into account the changes of technical and economical properties of the object connected with wearing of its elements and which cause the changes of values of control parameters; the second - which takes into account time elapsing from the beginning of object operation. Control of velocity changes of technical state of objects by using of diagnostic system gives the possibilities of determination of their time to achieving of limit state and proper planning of their maintenance service. The paper presents three models of technical state changes of the objects: stochastic, deterministic "with history" and deterministic "without history". The choice of proper model depends on range of information about the object and its data base i.e. on period of its operation: beginning, basic or closing period. Such models will be useful to determine of technical state of objects and planing of their maintenance service according to their actual technical state in every period of their operation.
