Methods of predicting reliability in manufacturing process of compressor blades for aircraft turbine engines.

In the paper are presented some problems of the selection of the manufacturing process of aeroplane engine compressor blades in the view of formulation of reliability of elements. The system of experts' opinion and the Bayes decision theory have been proposed in the selection of the manufacturing process variant and dimension analysis has been recommended in modelling of the effect of manufacturing conditions of the usefulness properties.

W opracowaniu przedstawiono wybrane aspekty wyboru procesu wytwarzania łopatek sprężarki silników lotniczych w aspekcie ukształtowania niezawodności elementów. Do wyboru wariantu procesu technologicznego zaproponowano system opinii ekspertów i Bayesowską teorię decyzji, a w modelowaniu wpływu warunków obróbki na cechy zdatności uznano za celowe wykorzystanie analizy wymiarowej.
