W oparciu o przeprowadzoną analizę wyznaczono zależności ujmujące wpływ podstawowych parametrów konstrukcyjno-ruchowych przenośnika na jego opory ruchu oraz moc potrzebną do przemieszczania materiału. Zależności te po weryfikacji doświadczalnej mogą być przydatne w racjonalnym projektowaniu przenośników zgrzebłowych rurowych.
At present the scraper pipe conveyors are more frequently applied into mechanical handling systems of bulk, fine-grained loose and powder or dusty materials not only for some engineering reasons but also ecological ones. Due to such advantages like simple construction and maintenance, small crosswise section systems, possibilities of easy jousting as well as route configuration onto horizontal and vertical planes these conveyors have found larger applications in aluminium, cement and cooking plants, filter evacuation systems, ceramic, chemical and raw materials industries and have became more competitive in comparison with other means of materials handling. Nevertheless they have got some disadvantages like great resistances to motion (particularly on verical roustes), abrasive wear and possibilities of their application only in a fine-grained and non-adhesive materials handling. An important problem of a design of rational scraper pipe conveyors was the knowledge of their resistance to motion and needed drive power according to the parameters of construction and motion and also kind of handled materials. Such conveyors have got the close chute (pipe through) profiles, that has been influencing on their resistances to motions and has differed them in the essential way from the traditional scraper conveyors. The resistance to motion of handled materials has been dominating in resistance to motions of these conveyors, particularly on vertical route distances and the definition of value of these resistance would due the different treatment than for traditional scraper pipe conveyor one. In the paper the dependencies defining an influence of basic geometrical parameters of scraper pipe conveyors on resistance to motion as well as power needed for a displacement have been given on the basic of carried out analysis. After an experimental verification these dependencies could be helpful for an efficient designing of the scraper pipe conveyors.
