Wykorzystanie promieniowania elektromagnetycznego do kontrolowania procesu spawania.

Omówiono ideę monitorowania procesów spawania wraz z charakterystyką metod konwencjonalnych i niekonwencjonalnych. Przedstawiono wyniki badań własnych nad metodami monitorowania procesu spawania w oparciu o promieniowanie elektromagnetyczne łuku spawalniczego metody TIG. Zbadano zależność pomiędzy zakłóceniami procesu spawania a natężeniem promieniowania widzialnego łuku spawalniczego. Przeprowadzone badania wskazują na możliwość wykorzystywania do monitorowania procesów spawania metod niekonwencjonalnych i zaawansowanych technicznie spektrofotometrów.

The idea of welding processes monitoring together with the characteristics of conventional and unconventional methods has been discussed. The results of the author's own investigations into the welding process monitoring methods on the basis of electromagnetic radiation of the TIG welding arc have been presented. The relationship between welding process disturbations and the welding arc visible radiation intensity has been examined. The investigation results are indicative of the possibility of application of unconventional methods and advanced spectrophotometers for welding processes monitoring.
