Podano podstawowe różnice w pojęciach i definicjach. Omówiono transgraniczne przemieszczanie odpadów. Omówiono wybrane instrumenty ekonomiczne w gospodarce odpadami.

The management of non-ferrous metals' wastes is treated as an example of the inland legal regulations in comparison to those of the European Union. The principal differences in conceptions and definitions are presented. The transfrontier dislocations of wastes are handled. The selected tools of economy for the management of wastes are discussed.
