Metoda oceny uwarunkowań ergonomicznych stanowisk montażowych a wydajność pracy w warunkach stresu

The valuation of ergonomics level on work position of assembly line in today's conditions of enlargement of efficiency and economics benefits (advantages) is one of main problems of work organization. Especially in assembly conditions which needed execute the repeating actions and their influence on the worker's psyche. It induces difficulties in realization of assembly actions. The method which enable to evaluate influence of physical difficulties connecting with attitude, repeatability of action, complexity of operation, general physical effort which are direct cause by the level of stress and psychical difficulties influence on worker during the assembly operations is presented in the paper.
