Technika wytwarzania i montażu mikrozaworów pneumatycznych

The paper presents various methods of manufacturing and assembly applied in the fabrication process of pneumatic microvalves. The mechanical working and laser treatment as well as pressure die casting and hot extrusion are discussed. Characteristic dimensions of micro-elements obtained by means of the aforesaid methods were insert. On the example of bistable foil valve the assembly of microvalve is described. The general problems connected with manufacturing and assembly of fluid microelements are discussed.
