Wyznaczanie niepewności pomiarów współrzędnościowych. Cz. 1. Podstawy teoretyczne

Przedstawiono podstawy teoretyczne umożliwiające opracowanie oprogramowania do wyznaczania niepewności pomiarów współrzędnościowych. Niepewność pomiaru jest wyznaczana metodą typu B. Bilans niepewności jest tworzony dla każdej charakterystyki geometrycznej zgodnie z jej modelem i obejmuje błędy kinematyczne, głowicy i temperatury.

Presented are theoretical principles applicable in development of the software that could be used for evaluation of the coordinate measurement results. Measurement uncertainty is determined by means of the method B. The balance of uncertainty is established for each and every geometric characteristic according to its model to cover the errors occurring due to kinematics, head function and temperature changes.
