Modelowy system do badań osłon przeciwwietrznych z czujkami dymu

The article presents a model system for testing an anti-wind covers of smoke detectors used in active protection systems that decide on the level of technical safety. There are described problems related to an improper operation of a smoke detector system located on the valve ducts. The research also describes the procedures of testing the anti-wind covers for the certification purposes for application in the fire-fighting systems. There is also presented a research stand that works with the combustion chamber where the fire test verifies the smoke sensor. The developed research system consists of test for fixing the anti-wind covers is equipped in duct ventilation with exchangeable chambers with a specialized control-measurement module. This developed system allows for a control of researched parameters (velocity and direction of an air stream, a rate of smoke presence), measurement data acquisition (a rate of smoke presence, temperature, humidity, and a time trigger), their visualization and report generation.
