Ekologia w klejeniu: analiza alternatywnych sposobów wykonania połączeń klejowych
It is important to emphasize a development and an implementation of technologies that cut down use of toxic substances, use of recycled materials; reduce an emission of toxin to water, the air, and soil; neutralize waste and protects the environment. Such action is triggered by a necessity to provide safety for humans and the environment. Technological operations require use of chemical substances, which by dint of their properties allow creating particular conditions e.g. a condition for surface layer of manufactured elements. These substances may be dangerous to some extent to an operator or can pollute natural environment. One of such operations is a mounting operation that uses cohesive substances, or those that requires making a joint. The results of experiment assess whether it is possible to eliminate toxic substances out of the process of adhesive bonding, and to what extent they are efficient. A surface laser treatment method before adhesive bonding (no cleaning or degreasing with chemicals) is presented in the first option, and the second option is a quality test of a joint made of an ecological adhesive.
