Badania podczyszczania poprodukcyjnych ścieków z zakładu przetwórstwa ryb w procesie flotacji

W artykule przedstawione będą wyniki badań laboratoryjnych procesu flotacji przy zastosowaniu różnych czynników. Głównym parametrem wynikowym jest wskaźnik tak zwanych substancji ekstrahujących się eterem naftowym, zwany skrótowo ekstraktem eterowym. W wyniku badań określono warunki flotacji, przy których wskaźnik ten osiąga wartość najniższą.

This paper discusses results of laboratory research on the first node of the fish processing wastewater pre treatment installation - removal of fats during flotation. Research results allow to draw some conclusions: -Raw wastewater for SUPER FISH fish processing plant are characterized by huge variety of composition and quality, which depend on type of production; -Each time, the load of contaminants in the wastewater is so high that they require at least pre treatment; -All tested factors have influence on flotation process; the most optimal conditions are:flotation time - 15 minutes and iron II sulphate dose - 150 g/m3. -Post flotation wastewater has to be treated in order to reduce content of suspensions and organic substances.
