Wielokrotne azotowanie i zmiany wymiarowe przedmiotów azotowanych jonowo

Próbki ze stali 38HMJ, WNL, WCL i NC10 azotowano jonowo kilkakrotnie w urządzeniu JONIMP 900/500 w temperaturze 520°C i łącznym czasie 16-30 godzin. Badano jednostkowy przyrost masy czterech azotowanych stali po kolejnych procesach. Przedstawione też wyniki pomiarów wybranych wymiarów zewnętrznych i wewnętrznych narzędzi lub części maszyn przed i po azotowaniu jonowym.

Samples of steel grades 38HMJ, WNL, WCL and NC10 have been ion nitrided several times in the JONIMP 900/500 device at the temperature of 520°C during a total period of 16-30 hours. The specific mass increase of the four nitrided steel grades after the subsequent processes .has been examined. The results of measurements of selected outer and inner dimensions of tools and machine parts before and after ion nitriding have also been presented.
