W pracy zwrócono uwagę na istotne czynniki wpływające na bezpieczeństwo energetyczne ze szczególnym uwzględnieniem bezpieczeństwa elektroenergetycznego kraju. Przedstawiono zależności umożliwiające ilościową ocenę stanu tego bezpieczeństwa. Wymieniono przedsięwzięcia, które są podejmowane w celu ograniczenia możliwości wystąpienia "blackoutu" w krajowym systemie elektroenergetycznym.
In the paper the attention is drawn to some essential factors which have an influence on security of the general country energy system with taking security of the power system into special consideration. The relations which make possible quantitative estimate of the state of security are presented. There are given the list of ventures which are undertaken to constrain possibility of appearance of blackout at the country power system.
