Issledovanie processa prodavlivanija farša čerez otverstvija rešetki mjasorežuščevo volka

Numerical modeling has been used for the simulation of the grinding process in the meat mincer. The calculation algorithm was based on the use of the net-point methods of the decision of the elastic-visco-plastic initial boundary problem. Within the framework of the developed mathematical model the following results were obtained: meat griding output, structurally mechanical characteristics of the output of force-meat, stress-strain state of grid, longevity of cutting assembly test.
