Badania wytrzymałości przewodów samonośnych niskiego i średniego napięcia w warunkach obciążeń stałych i stopniowo narastających

Przedstawiono wyniki badań wytrzymalościowych przewodów elektroenergetycznych w warunkacj obciążeń odwzorowujących oddziaływanie sadzi lodowej, parametry zrealizowanych obciążeń przejęto na podstawie norm określających warunki badań przewodów ze względu na zjawisko sadzi; na podstawie wyników badań uzyskanych podczas prób stwierdzono istotną zależność wydłużenia i prędkości pełzania przewodu zarówno od wielkości obciążenia, jak również od rodzaju przewodu, analiza wyników badań w warunkach stopniowego wzrostu obciążenia uwidoczniła występowanie cyklicznego umocnienia materiału przewodu w kolejnych cyklach przyrostu obciążenia.

Results of strength testing of electric power conductors under conditions representing the loads of ice rime. parameters of the formed loads were assumed on the basis of the standards determining the conductor testing conditions considering the presence of rime. The results of creep tests reveal a substantial dependence of elongation and creep rate of the conductor upon the value of load as well as kind of the conductor. Analysis of the test results during a gradual increase of the load shows a cyclic consolidation of the conductor material in the succesive cycles of the load increase. A merit of the gradual load increase testi is short duration in comparison with the creep test and its universal character considerating its incuding the features of creep and monotonic tests.
