Niektóre właściwości dwuwarstwowej powłoki ZrO2 + 5%CaO - Ni-AI natryskanej plazmowo

An assessment of the properties of a two-layer plasma-sprayed coat ZrO2 + 5%CaO - NiAl 70/30 on an AK20 alloy base. Structural tests and adherence measurements were made. Emphasis was laid on the need of using an interlayer Ni-AI for obtaining a suitable adherence to the base. The test results show the two-layer coat ZrO2 + 5%CaO - NiAl on an aluminium alloy base has good functional qualities as a protective layer and increases life of a constructional element covered with it.
