Laserowa obróbka powłok ze stopów niklu natryskiwanych płomieniowo i plazmowo

Examinations of the coats (NiCr, NiAl, NiCrAIMoFe) obtained by flamespraying after remelting with a laser-beam. The coats were flame and plasma sprayed. So prepared coats were remelted with the laser CO2 TLF 6000 TURBO. The remelting was performed for 4 different power rating of the laser: P = 800 W, 1000 W, 1200 W, 1400 W. The following were carried out: analysis of the coat microstructure, testing of the coats for abrasive wear resistance and measurements of macrogeometry of the surface and microhardness of the coats obtained. Application of the laser treatment for modifying the coats leads to advantageous changes of the surface layer.
