Polska w Unii Europejskiej

Historyczne zdarzenia prowadzące Polskę, do Unii Europejskiej, od Strasburga do Aten. Przedstawiono wnioski z Raportu instytucji badawczych na temat konsekwencji integracji Polski z Unią Europejską. Jako przekonywujące argumenty za wstąpieniem do Unii Europejskiej zamieszczono osiem tabel z danymi statystycznymi dotyczącymi istotnych wielkości z procesów gospodarczych mających miejsce w krajach należących aktualnie do Unii Europejskiej oraz dziesięciu krajów kandydujących. Rozpoczynając wartościami Produktu Krajowego Brutto, przytoczone dane produkcyjne wybranych wyrobów, dotyczące bezrobocia, napływu zagranicznego kapitału, relacji eksportu towarów i usług do Produktu Krajowego Brutto, nakłady i zatrudnienie w działalności badawczej i rozwojowej, oraz studenci szkół wyższych w rozpatrywanych krajach piętnastki i krajach kandydujących do Unii Europejskiej.

The historical events which led Poland to the European Union from Strasbourg to Athens are discussed. The conclusions from the Report of the Research Institutions concerning the consequences of the integration of Poland to the European Union are given. As a convincing argument of the accession of Poland to the European Union eight tables are included. They present the statistical data of the essential values of the economic processes taking place in the 15 member states of the European Union and in the 10 candidate countries. Beginning with the values of the Gross Domestic Product, the production data are presented of the chosen products, concerning unemployment, inflow of the foreign capital, relation between the export of goods and services to the Gross Domestic Product, expenditures and employment in the research and development activities, students of higher educational institutions in the considered 15 member states and ten candidate countries to the European Union.
