Modernizacja systemu sterowania nadmuchiwarki stołowej PS-1

W artykule przedstawiono modernizację typowej nadmuchiwarki stołowej PS-1, polegającą na jej wyposażeniu w elektroniczny system sterowania przebiegiem wykonania rdzeni w technologii hot-box, w cyklu półautomatycznym. Omówiono podstawowy schemat układu automatycznego sterowania i sposób jego realizacji w urządzeniu. Zamieszczono przykłady regulacji wybranych parametrów procesu dmuchowego realizowanego w zautomatyzowanym cuklu pracy nadmuchiwarki stoowej PS-1.

Modernization of the typical table core blower has been presented. It consists in furnishing the blower with an electronic control system of making cores using hot-box technology in semiautomatic cycle. The basic scheme of the automatic control system and the method of its application in this device have been discussed. Some examples of regulating the chosen parameters of the blowing process in the automatic cycle of the table core blower PS-1 operation have been given.
