Nowa technologia cold-box, efektem współpracy WSK "PZL-Rzeszów" S.A. z Hüttenes-Albertus Polska

W roku 1996 firma Hüttenes-Albertus opatentowała nowe spoiwa do procesu cold-box, oparte na bazie rozpuszczalników roślinnych, co znacznie poprawiło ekologię procesu przez redukcję emisji związków benzenu, toluenu i ksylenu w trakcie rozkładu termicznego. W artykule przedstawiono sposób przystosowania automatycznej strzelarki do rdzeni metodą hot-box do pracy w metodzie cold-box.

In the year 1996 the firm Hüttenes-Albertus patented new binders fo the cold-box process based on vegetable solvents which considerably improved the ecology of the process owing to the reduced emission of benzene, toluene and xylene compounds during thermal decomposition. In the article the method of adaption the automatic hot-box shoote to operation in a cold-box process is presented.
