Produkcja form i rdzeni przy użyciu żywic furanowych utwardzanych na zimno firmu Hüttenes-Albertus

W artykule przedstawiono wymagania stawiane świeżemu piaskowi kwarcowemu oraz piaskowi zregenerowanemu, uzyskanemu w wyniku regeneracji zużytej masy wiązanej żywicą furanową. Przedstawiono wielkości dodatków żywic i utwardzaczy dostarczanych przez firmę Hüttenes-Albertus oraz zasadnicze właściwości mas z tymi materiałami wiążącymi. Zwrócono uwagę na przwidłowy dobór mieszarki, zagęszczanie masy, dobór powłok ochronnych i na najczęściej występujące wady odlewów oraz sposoby zapobiegania tym wadom.

In the article requirements made on the new quartz sand and the sand after the reclamation of the used moulding sand bondedwith furan resin are given. There are presented values of the resin and hardener additives delivered by the firm Hüttenes-Albertus as well as the main properties of moulding sands made using these binding materials. Attention was paid to the right choice of the mixer, sand compacting, choice of the protection coatings and the casting defects most frequently appearing in them as well as ways for avoiding them.
