Greater and greater requirements concerning the effectiveness of the production process as well as the economical use of energy and raw materials involve the search after the ways of fulfilling these requirements. The solution of the complicated technical and technological problems principally depend on the application of modern tools for the evaluation of the process of casting production. In the article the advantages are presented from introduction of the Adaptation Thermal Analysis System (ATAS) allowing the optimization the metallurgical process.
