Analiza i korekta wykresu M. Czyżewskiego do określanaia strat ciepła na ogrzanie żeliwiaków koksowych

W pracy przedstawiono teoretyczne podstawy ujmowania strat ciepła do ścian tradycyjnych żeliwiaków koksowych i na ich podstawie, analizując wykres M. Czyżewskiego, zidentyfikowano charakterystyczne założenia autora wykresu. Umożliwiło to zapis wykresu wzorem z którego wynika, że wykres ma wadę, którą jest brak wpisanych wielkości nagrzewanych ścian żeliwiaka, przyjmowanych przez autora wykresu dla poszczególnych wydajności Sż (t/h lub kg/s). Wada ta znacznie zmniejsza jego dokładność. Do obliczania strat ciepła do ścian żeliwiaków zaproponowano nowe wzory (24)-(27).

Theoretical bases of apprehending heat losses towards walls of traditional coke cupolas are given in the present paper. Performed on this basis, the analysis of M. Czyżewski Chart allowed to identify characteristic assumptions of the Chart's author. This enabled the numerical notation of the Chart and finding its fault. It turned out, that the dimensions of the heated walls of the cupola were not included in the values assumed by the author for individual yields Sż (t/h or kg/s). This fault significantly decreases the accuracy of the Chart. New equations for calculating heat losses towards walls of cupolas were developed (24)-(27).
