Artykuł stanowi drugą część opracowania, którego celem jest analiza zmian w procesach logistycznych badanych przedsiębiorstw północno-wschodniej Polski w warunkach światowego kryzysu gospodarczego i próba oceny ich wpływu na wyniki badanych firm. Zaprezentowano w nim najważniejsze, w przekonaniu autorki, aspekty zarządzania procesami logistycznymi w badanych przedsiębiorstwach. Podjęto próbę oceny wpływu zmian w procesach logistycznych na wyniki badanych firm.

The article constitutes the second part of the study whose aim is to analyze the changes in logistics processes in surveyed enterprises of the north-eastern part of Poland under the circumstances of a global economic crisis and an attempt to assess their impact on the results of the surveyed enterprises. It presents, in the author's opinion, the most important aspects of logistics process management in the surveyed enterprises. In the article, an attempt to assess the influence of changes in logistics processes on the results of the surveyed companies has been made.
