Praca ma wypełnić luki w zakresie możliwości oceny systemu eksploatacji metodami diagnostycznymi. Obejmuje wspomożenie obserwacji technicznego systemu eksploatacji metodami diagnozy przez syntezę kryteriów ocen systemów eksploatacji i dobór narzędzi informacyjnych dla konkretnych sytuacji technicznych. W pracy przedstawiono trzy poziomy metody oceny systemu eksploatacji: metodę uproszczoną, pełną metodę oceny z przyjętą istotnością kryteriów oraz pełną metodę oceny z analizą istotności kryteriów.

The work is concerned on the diagnostic assessing of the working machinery exploitation system by synthesis of assessments criterion and selection of information tools for specific technical situation. Such problems are in the great number of the cases out of exploitation systems designers' attention. The diagnostic algorithm comprises assessing criteria synthesis and the technical observation tools selection for the particular technical situation of the exploitation system.
