Wpływ wad wykonawczych na trwałość wielowarstwowej konstrukcji ocieplenia ETICS

While executing thermal insulation for buildings using method without joints (ETICS) errors are made that result in shortening of the thermo-insulation durability. Recent publications show that it is not a local problem but Poland-wise one. The paper presents the basic defects in the execution of works, which cause change in static and strength conditions for laminar system of protection from cold and thus causing defects. People involved in thermo-modernization process do not appreciate the importance of these problems. Until now there have been no criteria as far as quantitative analysis of construction defects is concerned. Thus, the particular members of the thermo-modernization process evaluate the quality of thermo-insulation very subjectively. In presently worked out technological conditions of realizing and accepting thermo-insulating works with exterior finishing systems there should be clearly defined criteria for methods of thermo-insulation quality assessment and acceptable range of construction faults.
