Synthesis and properties of new ion exchangers to sorption and separation of rhenium
Vinylbenzyl chloride/divinylbcnzenc gel copolymer beads has been modified using: 1-(2-aminocthyl)piperazinc, hexahydro-l,4-diazepine, 6-aminouracyl and 1-methylpiperazine to obtain five ion exchangers. Traditional heating of the polymer with amine solution in an appropriate amount of N, N-dimethylformamide was employed in this study. A resin with the group l-(2-aminoethyl)piperazine has been modified additionally at the room temperature. All resins were used in removal of metal ions (especially Re, Pd, Pt, Au) from 0.1 M HC1 solution. The influence of others ions of metal on rhenium, presents as ReO/. sorption from appropriate solution, was studied. For the resin with hexahydro-1,4-diazepine groups sorption of Re04' was the highest in comparison to the others resins from single solution. The sorption of rhenium for the resin with the hexahydro-1,4-diazepine group from multicomponent solution (Re, Au, Pd, Pt) in 0.1 M HC1 was equal to 42 mg Re/g.
