Influence of nitrogen doses applicated in vermicomposts on the yield and chemical composition of same vegetables

The influence of the" different doses of vermicompost on the yield and chemical composition of cucumber, paprika and tomato cultivated in not heated tunnel was investigated. Vermicompost, farmyard manure and NPK as standard fertilizers were applicated in dose 20 g/m2 and additionally vermicompost in doses 1/3, 2/3 and 1.0 unit of nitrogen. The yield and chemical composition of tested plants were significantly differentiated under the influence of fertilization. The value of utilization coefficient of nitrogen and calcium also were significiantly differentiated. The highest value of this coefficient was found for potassium. Vermicompost can be used as the good source of plant nutrients for the fertilization of vegetables.

W nieogrzewanych tunelach foliowych badano wpływ dawek wermikompostów na plonowanie i skład chemiczny ogórka, papryki i pomidora. Wermikomposty, obornik i NPK jako nawozy standardowe stosowano w dawce 20 g/m2 azotu i dodatkowo wermikomposty w dawce 1/3, 2/3, I i 2 dawki azotu. Stwierdzono znaczące zróżnicowanie plonu i składu chemicznego nawożonych roślin pod wpływem nawożenia. Wartość współczynnika wykorzystania azotu i wapnia była istotnie zróżnicowana. Największe wartości tego współczynnika stwierdzono dla potasu. Wermikomposty mogą być wykorzystywane jako dobre źródło składników pokarmowych w nawożeniu warzyw.
