Rafinacja średniego destylatu z procesu hydrokrakingu gudronu metodą sorpcyjną

W artykule przedstawiono wyniki badań laboratoryjnych i w skali wielkolaboratoryjnej nad rafinacją adsorpcyjna średniego destylatu otrzymywanego w przemysłowym procesie hydrokrakingu gudronu. W trakcie badań dokonano doboru sorbentów oraz warunków procesu usuwania niepożądanych związków, w tym zwłaszcza heterocyklicznych związków azotu, ze średniego destylatu. Wstępnie określono żywotność (długość cyklu pracy) sorbentów oraz możliwości ich regeneracji.

In the present paper, results of investigations in laboratory scale and in a process development unit over adsorption refining of a middle distillate obtained in commercial vacuum residue upgrading unit have been presented. During investigations, adsorbents and process conditions to remove undesirable compounds, particularly heterocyclic nitrogen compounds, from the middle distillate have been selected. The life (length of duty cycle) of adsorbents used as well as the possibility to regenerate them have been preliminarily determined.
