Systemy sterowania urzadzeniaivii w obróbce cieplnej i cieplno-chemicznej realizowane przez instytut mechaniki precyzyjnej

W artykule zaprezentowano koncepcję systemu komputerowego sterowania, monitorowania i archiwizacji procesów obróbki cieplnej atmosferowej. System ten jest zbudowany na bazie programowalnego sterownika PLC, który kontroluje i monitoruje proces obróbki cieplnej jednego stanowiska. Kilka takich stanowisk pracujących w sieci jest monitorowane i może być sterowane przez komputer PC. Ten komputer jest także wykorzystywany do edycji raportu z danego procesu oraz jego archiwizacji.

In the paper has been presented conceptual system of computer controlling and archiving atmosphere heat treatment processes. The system is designed on the base of programmable logic controller (PLC), which controls and monitors process in one stand of heat treatment. Several such stands work in a net, and they are monitored or may be controlled by a PC. This PC also is used for editing and for archiving a report of heat treatment processes.
