Wpływ prawa na systemy informatyczne - studia przypadków

Zgodność systemów informatycznych z prawem jest jednym z podstawowych wymagań względem systemów. Jednak transformacja przepisów prawa na wymagania względem oprogramowania nie jest łatwym zadaniem. W referacie zaprezentowano trzy różne rodzaje wpływu prawa na systemy informatyczne. W przypadku pierwszym, prawo reguluje określoną dziedzinę pozostawiając dowolność wyboru sposobu realizacji przepisów. W drugim przypadku, przepisy prawne regulują szczegółowo pewne dziedziny gospodarki lub działania administracyjne i te przepisy określają zawartość dokumentów, dane i algorytmy przetwarzania informacji w systemie informatycznym. Przypadek trzeci dotyczy sytuacji, w której przepisy prawa określają sposób wytwarzania lub funkcjonowania systemów informatycznych.

The compliance of information systems with law is one of the fundamental requirements. Law can have a diverse impact on information systems. In this paper, we present three different cases of the impact of law on information systems. The first case deals with regulations which describe a domain and their impact is weak and dependent on the goals of the system. In the second case, legal regulations define administrative procedures in details and they can be transformed to print-outs, forms, data and algorithms in information systems. The third case deals with the situation when legal regulations concern features of information systems.
