Wpływ obróbki cieplnej na własności mechaniczne stopu 6060 (Al-Mg-Si)

Celem pracy było zbadanie wpływu warunków starzenia na własności mechanicznie płaskowników ze stopu 6060. Materiał po przesyceniu z temperatury 525 [stopni]C starzono w temperaturze od 25 [stopni]C do 225 [stopni]C przez czas od 0,5 do 128 godzin. Po takiej obróbce cieplnej stop poddano próbie rozciągania. Uzyskane wyniki przedstawiono jako wykresy zależności wielkości badanych (Rm, R0,2, A) od temperatury i czasu starzenia. Zależności te opisano równaniami matematycznymi. Takie opracowanie wyników badań pozwala w prosty sposób dobrać warunki starzenia prowadzące do osiągnięcia oczekiwanych własności mechanicznych.

The influence of the ageing temperature and time on mechanical properties of the 6060 alloy extruded profiles was investigated. The samples were solution treated at 525 [degrees]C for 1 h followed by water quenching and then aged in the temperature range of 25-225 [degrees]C within regimes of time varying from 0,5 to 128 h. In order to determine the effect of heat treatment on the mechanical properties, tensile tests were performed. The received results (Rm, R0,2, A) were shown depending on ageing temperature and time in three dimensional diagrams. The obtained surfaces were approximated by polynomial equations. Presentation of the received results in the form of simple graphs allows, by selecting proper ageing conditions, to obtain the required mechanical properties.
