Koncepcja optymalizacji planów ewakuacji dużych statków wycieczkowych

W artykule przedstawi się koncepcję metody optymalizacji planów ewakuacji na wielkich statkach wycieczkowych wykorzystując do tego celu metodę algorytmów genetycznych. Celem jest ustalenie jak najkorzystniej kierować poszczególne grupy pasażerów z pomieszczeń, w których się znajdują w momencie rozpoczęcia ewakuacji do miejsc zbiórek. Skrócenie czasu dojścia do miejsc zbiórek dużej liczby pasażerów, zmniejszyłoby ryzyko utraty zdrowia lub życia przez ludzi w przypadku wystąpienia konieczności ewakuowania się ze statku.

The paper will present the concept of optimization methods for emergency plans of the large cruise ships for this purpose using the method of genetic algorithms. The aim is to determine the best distribution of the passengers groups from the places where they are located at the start of the evacuation to the assembly stations. Reducing the time to come to the assembly stations by a large number of passengers, reduce the risk of losing life or health of the people during the evacuation.
