Investigations of rut depth and soil displacement under loading of heavy commercial vehicles

Expelimental investigations of soil deformations under loading of heavy, secialized vehicles vere carriet out. A new method for the determination of both verical and longitudinal deformations of soil surface was used.In this method, rut depth and soil displacement can be determined. Deformation of soil surface was measured for three inflation pressures : 0.6(nominal), 0.5 and 0.4MPa in two tyre types ( tubeless and tube type), which were installed in a heavy specialized vehicle of 14000kg mass, running with three velocities: 5, 10 and 15 km/h. The complete results were presented and discussed. The methodological as well as practical aspects were also discussed.

W pracy przedstawiono wyniki badań polowych, w których wyznaczono głębokość koleiny oraz poziome odkształcenie gleby pod obciążeniem ciężkich pojazdów użytkowych, wyposażonych w ogumienie dętkowe lub bezdętkowe. Zastosowano własną metodę badawczą z optoelektronicznym urządzeniem do wyznaczania odkształceń gleby. Badano wpływ parametrów ciśnienie w ogumieniu prędkość przejazdu. Przykładowe wyniki potwierdzają wpływ powyższych parametrów na odkształcenia w glebie. Ustalenie ścisłych zależności wymaga przeprowadzenia dalszych prób oraz doskonalenia metodyki pomiaru.
