Restrukturyzacja zatrudnienia w kopalniach Katowickiej Grupy Kapitałowej w latach 1993-2001

W artykule przedstawiono ogólne zasady polityki restrukturyzacji zatrudnienia w zakładach Katowickiej Grupy Kapitałowej, opartej na niestosowaniu zwolnień grupowych i zapewnieniu bezpieczeństwa socjalnego odchodzących pracowników. Podano wielkości liczbowe zmniejszania się zatrudnienia w poszczególnych kopalniach zgrupowanych w KGK w omawianym okresie, czyli w latach 1993 -2001. Przytoczono m.in. dane o zmianie poziomu wykształcenia pracowników.

General principles of employment restructuring policy have been presented in the article in the plants of the Katowice Holding Coal Company based on no application of group dismissals and provision of social security for the leaving employees. Besides values in figures on employment reduction have been given in particular mines grouped in the Katowice Holding Coal Company in the period under consideration, i.e. in 1993-2001. Data on change in education level of the employees were cited, among other data.
