Regionalne Centrum Zarządzania w Gdańsku - narzędzie usprawniające proces utrzymania elementów sieci telekomunikacyjnej

Przedstawiono cele utworzenia Regionalnego Centrum Zarządzania (RCZ), założenia techniczne, docelowa strukturę i umiejscowienie RCZ w zamierzonej strukturze zarządzania TP S.A. Opisano przebieg tworzenia RCZ w aspekcie technicznym i organizacyjnym. Zaprezentowano aktualny stan realizacji przedsięwzięcia oraz ocenę procesu wdrażania RCZ.

The aims of creation of Regional Management Centre (RMC) are presented in the paper, as well as the technical assumptions, target structure and location in the planned TP S. A. management structure. The process of RMC creation regarding technical and organisational aspects is described. Up-to-date status of the project is given, followed by assessment of the implementation process.
