Ocena wytrzymałości zmęczeniowej elementu z karbem obrączkowym

The paper presents a fatigue life calculations of element with circumferential notch subjected to cyclic loading. A computation algorithm of fatigue life contains a modified local method for stress and strain state estimation in the notch root. However for fatigue life prediction criteria of multiaxial fatigue in the critical plane were used. Verification of algorithm was made on the basis of fatigue life tests of element with the notch.
