Nowe prawo wodne: zagadnienia wybrane: uwagi ogólne

Przedstawiono rys historyczny ustawodawstwa wodnego w Polsce i na tym tle uwagi ogólne do ustawy Prawo wodne uchwalonej przez Sejm 18 lipca 2001 r. Artykuł stanowi pierwsze ogniwo cyklu artykułów, które będą się odnosić do wybranych, bardziej szczegółowych zagadnień, takich m.in. jak: własność wód i własność położonych w ich zasięgu nieruchomości, ograniczenia własności i korzystania z wód.

The paper presents an historical sketch of water legislation in Poland and on that background - general comments to the Water Act passed by the Parliament on 18th of July 2001. The paper is the first part of a series of articles which will discuss such selected particular questions as e.g. the ownership of water bodies and the ownership of realties within the reach of a water body, limitation of the title to property and the use of waters.
