Suszenie materiałow pylistych w pulsofluidyzacyjnym aparacie z nieruchomą warstwą inertu

W pracy przedstawiono wyniki badań nad suszeniem materiału pylistego w pulsofluidyzacyjnym aparacie z nieruchomą warstwą inertu Przy minimalnej wysokości warstwy inertu określono parametry kinetyki procesu suszenia dla tego układu i porównano z danymi dla klasycznego złoża pulsofluidalnego. Przedstawiono również metodę doboru parametrów procesowych aparatu pulso-fluidyzacyjnego z nieruchomą warstwą inertu.

The research results dealing with drying of powdery materials in a pulsed fluidized-bed apparatus with the fixed inert bed are presented in the paper. The kinetic parameters of the system have been determined at the minimum inert bed height and then compared with the data for a conventional PFB. A method of the selection of process parameters for a pulsed fluidized-bed apparatus with the fixed inert bed has been shown.
