Wgłębna hodowla ciągła Aspergillus niger z zatrzymywaniem biomasy w bioreaktorze

A filtration system for suspended biomass of Aspergillus niger in submerged citric acid biosynthesis was presented in this report. Two methods of single stage continuous cultivation - classical and with retention of biomass were compared. Results of experiments obtained in typical single stage continuous culture were generally not as good as the results obtained in the cultivation with retention of biomass.
