Zastosowanie środków powierzchniowo czynnych w procesach odlewania precyzyjnego

The paper discusses the effect of addition of some selected surface active agents to Ecosil - water-based binder containing colloidal silica. The effect of these agents on liquid ceramic slurries rheology, wettability of the wax pattern surface and strength of ceramic moulds made from the slurries containing mentioned agents was determined. The aim of investigations was to select a composition of liquid ceramic slurries characterised by required technological properties.
