Implementation preparation of ERP class system aiding administration processes in a chosen ABC Production Company : case study

Information included in this publication presents issues connected with the process of undertaking implementation in a chosen organization as a case study. The authors tried to explain how one can prepare himself to ERP class system in a production enterprise, what its role is in a modern, prosperous company and what the effects are after correctly conducted implementation process. The publication contains information, which includes ABC Company problems in a time of preparation to the implementation process in such areas as: the concept of implementation process, methodology, and implementation issues. The article is constructed in a way that it gives a possibility to explore broadly based issues.
