Rola architektury tymczasowej w tworzeniu przestrzeni współczesnych miast

The issue presented in the work concerns the provisional architecture and its role within the process of creating modern cities. The aim of raising the question is to show the basic ideas that are significant for this type of architecture. On the other hand it is important to emphasize how broad the range of possibilities of using these buildings in the functional and urban meanings is. There still exist a lot of other aspects of the creation of provisional architecture, for example: historical, geographical, cultural, social and economic. There have been presented only the most characteristic features of the provisional architecture and it is needed to give some more details for there is a number of dimensions to the problem. So it is worth accentuating that the following research work is to be continued and broadened in the future.
