Osiedle Winogrady w Poznaniu : ocena możliwości rewitalizacji w świetle pozyskiwania funduszy strukturalnych UE

The author presents the generał aspects of the revitalization process, especially in the context of polish housing estates dating back to the 1960-80s. The scope is presented on the study example of Winogrady-residential area in Poznań. In the paper there arę given some suggestions what should be changed in order to improve the ąuality of life in the out-of-date housing dwelling areas. The article also touches the ąuestion of the polish contempo-rary legał regulations and the possibilities of winning the UE founds.
