Podatność przemiałowa mieszanek węgiel kamienny - osad ściekowy

Przeprowadzono badania nad możliwością wspólnego mielenia węgli kamiennych typu 31.1 z wysuszonym osadem ściekowym z biologicznej oczyszczalni ścieków zakładu koksochemicznego. Przeanalizowano wpływ wielkości dodatku osadu do węgla na podatność przemiałową węgli ocenianą metodą Hardgrove'a. Przy wykorzystaniu młyna badawczego konstrukcji AGH wyznaczono zużycie energii na mielenie badanych mieszanek. Stwierdzono, że istnieje możliwość wspólnego mielenia węgla z osadem ściekowym przy jego dodatku rzędu 5 % bez pogorszenia warunków mielenia.

Examinations were carried out to determine whether it is possible to grind hard coals of type 31.1 together with the dried sewage sludge formed during the biological treatment of waste waters from a cokery. The influence of the amount of sludge addition to coal on the grindability of blends determined by the Hardgrove method was also analysed. Energy consumption for grinding of the examined blends was found with the use of an experimental mill built at the Academy of Mining and Metallurgy in Cracow. It was determined that it is possible to grind coal together with the sewage sludge when the addition of the latter does not exceed 5 %, without deterioration of the quality of grinding.
