In the article there arę presented legislative determinants imposing an obligation to ob-tain an integrated permil for installation able to significanlly affect on natural environment. An integrated permit covers - in one decision - an approval for all lypes of pollutions affecting on all environmental components: gases or dust in atmospheric air, liquid wastes in inland waters or ground, noisiness, industrial waste products. There arę also determined necessary conditions for the car-breaking installation in order to obtain an integrated permit: abatement of influence on natural environment conceming operating, technology, engineering processes, supply and stock management, energy man-agement, administration etc.
