W artykule scharakteryzowano koncepcjć zarzŕdzania cyklem ýycia (LCM -Life Cycle Management). Wskazano miejsce LCM na tle innych znanych koncepcji i metod zarzŕdzania. Ponadto opisano obszary zastosowań LCM i przedstawiono przykład jego wdrożenia. Jako nowość, scharakteryzowano przy tym najważniejsze etapy procesu wdrażania LCM w przedsiębiorstwie produkujnym chłodziarko-zamrażarki.

In the paper the concept of Life Cycle Management (LCM) is characterized. The place of LCM is shown on the background of remaining, known concepts and methods of management. Additionally, areas of LCM application are described and an example of its application is presented. As novelty, the most important stages of LCM implementation process in the refrigerators' manufacturing company are characterized.
