Soldering of cast AlSi/SiC(p) using Zn-Al.-Cu filler material

Soldering process of cast metal matrix composites based on AlSi9 and AlSill reinforced by SiC particles using Zn-AI-Cu filler material has been presented in this paper. Structure changes occurred in the diffusion line area and their influence on mechanical properties have been described.

W artykule przedstawiono proces lutowania z użyciem lutu Al-Zn-Cu metalowych odlewów kompozytowych o osnowie AlSi9, AISill i zbrojeniu w postaci cząstek SiC. Opisano zmiany strukturalne zachodzące w lutowinie i strefie linii dyfuzji oraz ich wpływ na właściwości mechaniczne złącza lutowanego.
